For an entire year, three courses of IDF infantry commanders went through workshops while two parallel battalions were a control group. We conducted dozens of workshops with an emphasis on emergency decision making, quick response, combat mindfulness and violence prevention with the help of specifically tailored protocols.

About 2000 municipal social workers: Muslim, Druze, Christian and Jewish who are systematically exposed to verbal and physical violence learned how to defend, reduce violence, regulate emotions and manage conflict.

In an ongoing process we debriefed and built a specific set of tools that allow probation officers maintain personal safety while reducing stress levels and friction with clients. 

All probation officers in Israel went through the Detant training. 

Over several years we reached and integrated our anti-violence method to the Medical staff, Doctors and nurses, of Kaplan general hospital, emphasizing the most difficult and exposed wards: ER, Internal medicine and the maternity ward personnel. 

At the Deutsche Telekom HQ in Bonn, we conducted a special managers coarse that dealt specifically in the continued stress that results from high level managerial positions in a competitive multifaceted company. 

In a safe and humane atmosphere we integrated an emotional regulation program for fathers and partners that focuses on controlling anger, boundaries, negotiating and communication skills.

The mission commanders in Bazan handle one of the most dangerous jobs inside Haifa, in one of the most critical places in Israel. In BAZAN oil refineries and HAZMAT storage facilities force the ability to handle emergencies using system 2 thinking. The Detant course that we tailor built for the HAZMAT team instilled tools and emotion regulation protocols to be able to take the best decisions with speed and precision.
